With unrivalled accessibility in the heart of Europe, the ECCL is 2.5km from the city centre and 7km from the airport. With free public transport for all, it’s easy to reach us!

As the centrepiece of the Convention Park Luxembourg, the ECCL is surrounded by the necessary infrastructure for a successful event: 5 hotels (785 rooms), numerous bars and restaurants, cultural venues such as the Philharmonie or the MUDAM (Museum of Modern Art), a shopping centre, as well as venues for your receptions and gala dinners.

  • An atypical place steeped in history

The ECCL hosts the Councils of Ministers of the European Union each year for 3 full months (April, June and October). As a result, your participants will be able to benefit from the technologies and equipment made available to the ministers.

They will also be able to have a seat where the major decisions that have shaped the Europe we know today have been taken, and so anchor their event in history.

No rooms are alike, each has its own character! Depending on your needs, the ECCL offers: 2 plenary rooms for up to 800 people, an amphitheatre with 646 seats, 11 rooms for 35 to 380 people, 30 briefing rooms for 30 to 70 people, 4 bars, and not forgetting more than 3,500m2 of luminous foyers.

To facilitate the organisation of your events, from XS to XL, we have chosen to include a range of services in our “Easy Event Package” rental rates: technical equipment present in the rooms, security and cleaning service, cloakroom and reception area, parking space(s), air-conditioning, digital signage, customisable wifi…
